ORDER CANCELLATION
Please contact us within 24 hours of order placement. You can notify us via email at support@nanedivalles.com.

EXCHANGES - USA
We are happy to exchange your product purchase.

We will credit the original form of payment used upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Items must be unworn or unused and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also need to be included in the return shipment.

Return shipping fees, shipped via USPS Priority Mail, will also be credited on all exchanges upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

RETURNS - USA
We are happy to assist you on a return. 

We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Please know all custom/special NANEDI VALLES orders are non-returnable/non-refundable.

At this time, international orders are non-returnable/non-refundable.

DAMAGES/ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
